Deposits are credited to your jijiph wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. jijiph does not accept cash deposits. Nothing in these Terms shall limit jijiph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jijiph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on jijiph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jijiph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. All transactions are encrypted using bank-grade SSL/TLS technology. Your GCash and PayMaya credentials are never stored on jijiph servers.
jijiph may share your personal data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by Philippine law. jijiph will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
jijiph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable fees or forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to jijiph's internal dispute resolution process. You may raise a dispute by contacting jijiph support at the email address provided below. jijiph will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through jijiph's internal process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
